Business Development Manager - Cleaning and Hygiene Chemicals

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our cleaning and hygiene chemicals portfolio in the assigned territory. The role focuses on building a strong distributor network, creating sales strategies for the Food & Beverages and Institutional segments, and closing new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the hygiene chemical business within the designated area.
• Identify, recruit and manage a network of distributors to support market penetration.
• Design and implement sales strategies targeting Food & Beverages and Institutional customers.
• Conduct market surveys and research to prepare detailed business plans.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and prepare technical proposals for customers.
• Work independently, manage schedule and prioritize multiple opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in hygiene or cleaning chemicals.
• Strong understanding of Food & Beverages and Institutional market segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle several priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience in market research.
