Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will be based in Lucknow and work full‑time on expanding ChillFill Foods’ footprint across HoReCa, QSR, catering, private‑label and contract‑manufacturing segments. The role involves generating new opportunities, presenting the product portfolio and managing key accounts to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in the Uttar Pradesh market.
• Generate and follow up leads, conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and timely delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Track sales performance, report market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support trade‑show and industry event participation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customized solutions and product launches.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of experience in HoReCa sales; frozen‑food sales experience is a plus.
• Proven ability in new‑business development, lead generation and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in B2B sales within FMCG, frozen foods, food service, HoReCa or QSR sectors.
• Ability to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
