Business Development Executive

About the role

Apna is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the acquisition of SMB customers for its hiring platform. You will be on the ground, visiting prospects, pitching solutions, and closing long‑term deals to fuel the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 5‑6 SMB clients daily to present Apna’s hiring products.
• Generate and share prospect data with your manager.
• Handle objections related to product features, competition, pricing, and expectations.
• Sell recruitment solutions by assessing each client’s business needs.
• Manage client onboarding and ensure they post their first job on the platform.
• Create market references and drive organic revenue.
• Represent the Apna brand, delivering a compelling value proposition.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets while aligning with short‑ and long‑term growth goals.
• Increase brand visibility by distributing collaterals and building references.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated hustler with street‑smart negotiation abilities.
• Proven lead‑generation experience (cold calling and in‑person outreach).
• Willingness to travel extensively; a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
