Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team and drive daily and monthly sales targets. You will interact directly with customers, showcase our perfume range, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept, and guide them to the right fragrance.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist the store manager with stock management, including audits, requests, validation, and receipt of inventory.
• Complete daily sales reports (DSR) and checklists.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate to the CX department when necessary.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresh graduate with a passion for sales.
• Preferably 2 years of retail sales experience with B2C brands, though freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
• Strong work ethic, time‑management, and customer‑service orientation.
