Business Analyst – Transformation Delivery Hub

About the role

As a Business Analyst in the Transformation Delivery Hub, you will accelerate project delivery by gathering requirements, analysing processes, and translating business objectives into actionable specifications for delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex business situations to identify root causes, opportunities, risks and recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end requirements management for medium‑complexity initiatives, including elicitation, prioritisation, traceability and change management.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to build alignment and support decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain business, process and data models to support solution design.
• Support business case development, benefits measurement and value realisation.
• Lead solution validation activities, including acceptance criteria definition, UAT oversight and business sign‑off.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, problem solving and root‑cause analysis.
• Proficiency in requirements management, process and data analysis, and business modelling.
• Strong facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior analysts.

Required skills

• Process modelling tools such as Visio, BPMN or equivalent.
• Data modelling tools.
• Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
