Business Analyst - CF - Bangalore

About the role

The Business Analyst – CF will support credit evaluation and transaction structuring for promoter groups, micro‑markets and various financing structures. Based in Bangalore, the role collaborates with internal risk, legal, finance and operations teams as well as external agencies to ensure thorough due diligence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and case evaluation using financial models, cash‑flow, feasibility and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare detailed credit assessment memos, sanction letters and post‑disbursement monitoring frameworks.
• Coordinate documentation for pre‑ and post‑transaction activities, ensuring adherence to ABFL policies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Technical, Finance, Accounts, Operations) and external agencies for legal, technical, valuation and financial diligence.
• Manage security cover, receivables cover, exit and shortfall calculations, and conduct portfolio reviews.
• Oversee back‑office operations including escrow fund transfers, NOC requests, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in credit analysis, financial modeling and transaction structuring.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external advisors.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal credit policies.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive credit assessment documentation and monitor post‑disbursement performance.
