Brand Manager

About the role

BeginBird is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to become the voice and vibe of its next‑gen play brand. You will shape how the world perceives our educational toys and storytelling content across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand content, influencer outreach, and social media launch strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Produce short‑form video reels, experiment with trends, and appear on‑camera as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and educators to create weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Maintain cohesive, on‑brand storytelling and visual direction for posts and campaigns.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations and PR partnerships.
• Track performance metrics, derive insights, and iterate on content strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in brand, social media, or content strategy.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for reels and brand content.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, content hooks, and digital platforms.
• Experience with influencer marketing and public relations.
• Highly collaborative, self‑driven, and eager to build a brand from the ground up.
• Bonus: background with parenting, kids, or D2C/lifestyle brands.
