Brand & Growth Marketing Manager (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Tisya Stays is a luxury villa‑rental and hospitality management startup operating in Goa, Mukteshwar and Coonoor. As the Brand & Growth Marketing Manager you will design and own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, from brand storytelling to performance campaigns, leveraging AI‑driven workflows to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI‑led marketing workflows across paid and organic channels.
• Lead performance marketing, managing budgets, targeting, and ROI analysis.
• Craft and produce content that aligns with luxury positioning and drives conversions.
• Coordinate creator and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.
• Grow social media communities and drive engagement.
• Own brand storytelling, guest‑experience narratives, and community building.
• Implement CRM and retention programs to nurture repeat guests.
• Spot trends, run rapid experiments, and iterate based on data.
• Set up marketing automation and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Daily user of AI tools for marketing tasks.
• Fast‑shooter mindset: ship quickly, iterate faster.
• Ability to think simultaneously in funnels and narrative storytelling.
• Proven experience growing an audience for a personal brand or business.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning.
• High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and self‑direction.
• Strong writing, strategic planning, and analytical capabilities.
