Brand Executive – 4-6 Years Experience

About the role

TMRW House of Brands is seeking a dynamic Brand Executive to lead social media and brand‑building initiatives for its lifestyle portfolio. You will work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives that drive brand salience, recall, and love in a fast‑moving D2C environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute intuitive marketing strategies tailored to each brand.
• Plan and run advertising and communication campaigns across social, offline, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to monitor trends, brand awareness, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal business units to align marketing objectives with business goals.
• Coordinate with social media, content, performance, and digital teams to deliver effective cross‑category campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with media partners and communicate company objectives.
• Track campaign performance using metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial negotiations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take ownership of projects.
• Passion for fashion, pop‑culture trends, and modern brand storytelling.
