Brand Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Brand Specialist fluent in Spanish to join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team within Retail Business Services. In this position you will partner with key vendors, drive marketing initiatives, and manage the operational relationship between vendors and Amazon’s e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long‑term partnerships with assigned vendors.
• Collaborate with the Retail Category Team to set expectations, communicate status, and develop joint growth plans.
• Design, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns that increase traffic, brand awareness, and conversion for vendor products.
• Perform deep‑dive data analysis to identify issues, recommend actions, and improve vendor experience.
• Lead regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) with vendors, presenting performance metrics and action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, digital advertising, or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams.
