About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Community Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategy, corporate communications and community engagement across the education and technology sectors. This remote position (with occasional collaboration in Gurgaon) will shape how the organization is perceived and drive long‑term brand equity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end brand strategies to increase visibility, positioning and recall across markets.
- Lead corporate communications and PR activities, including press releases, media relations and storytelling.
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline and community channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, media organisations and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Conceptualise and execute brand events, sponsorships and engagement programmes to drive awareness.
- Oversee internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with creative, media and event agencies to deliver high‑impact initiatives.
- Drive community‑building efforts and engagement programmes across relevant audiences.
Required profile
- 4‑7 years of experience in marketing, brand management or corporate communications.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence in education, technology or related industries.
- Strong background in PR, media relations and corporate communications execution.
- Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships, sponsorships and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent writing skills for press releases, blogs and communication materials.
- Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of US and European edtech or technology markets is a plus.
