Blue Collar Hiring Manager

About the role

TCS Pune is seeking an experienced manager to lead its blue‑collar recruitment function. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and supporting a 24x7 rotational schedule from an office‑based setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full cycle blue‑collar recruitment across multiple locations.
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates according to business needs.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular reports.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in SAP HCM and other recruitment systems.
• Identify recruitment gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in blue‑collar talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Minimum 15 years of formal education (10+2+3).
• Flexibility to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
• Proven ability to manage a team of around 15 members.
