BIM Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic BIM Trainer to deliver high‑impact training programs in Building Information Modeling for engineering students, architects, and industry professionals at our Coimbatore and Chennai centres. The role combines hands‑on teaching with curriculum development in a fast‑growing EdTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on BIM methodologies, workflows, and industry standards.
• Teach Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 to students and professionals.
• Develop, update, and refine course materials, assignments, and project‑based case studies.
• Conduct practical workshops, assess performance, and provide career‑oriented feedback.
• Guide trainees through live architectural and structural modeling projects to build professional portfolios.
• Collaborate with the placement cell to prepare students for job interviews and portfolio reviews in the AEC sector.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on industry experience in architectural drafting/BIM modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Immediate availability and flexibility to operate or travel between Coimbatore and Chennai.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM 360.
• Familiarity with Dynamo or Rhino is a strong plus.
