Beverage Manager

About the role
The Beverage Manager will support the efficient operation of the beverage outlets at Hyatt Regency Dehradun, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Outlet Managers in managing assigned beverage outlets as independent profit centres.
- Ensure all outlets operate in line with Hyatt International standards and the specific outlet concept.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Control costs, manage inventory, and support budgeting processes to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate seamless beverage service.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager – Beverage in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.
