Beauty Advisor / Makeup Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor / Makeup Artist you will combine creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting a high‑performing team to drive in‑store events and maintain premium visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised service that educates and inspires shoppers.
• Assist with planning and executing in‑store beauty events and promotions.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out against competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale systems accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced retail environment and with POS software.
• Legal right to work in the country of the store.

Required skills

• Professional makeup artistry techniques.
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software.
