Lead UI/UX Designer – Healthcare SaaS

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a hands‑on Lead UI/UX professional to design, code, and deploy AI‑powered healthcare applications. You will guide a development team while collaborating closely with product owners to deliver compliant, scalable solutions for behavioral health SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of features within .NET‑based healthcare applications.
• Make architectural decisions for cloud‑native, microservices‑based systems ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Identify pragmatic AI use‑cases, architect and implement AI/ML capabilities, and integrate AI agents into .NET applications.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape requirements, refine technical specifications, and assess feasibility.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, proactively manage risks, and drive solutions to completion.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents, orchestration, or workflow‑driven AI patterns.
• Proven track record building, deploying, and operating AI inference pipelines that integrate trained models.
