Batching Plant Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Batching Plant Operator to ensure timely production of the correct concrete mix according to the schedule. The role is based on‑site at our ready‑mix concrete plant and involves operating equipment, maintaining plant utilities and upholding safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyse electrical and diesel consumption data, perform regular calibration and maintain uninterrupted power supply for the plant.
• Operate the rotary chute, unload raw aggregates, load silos and conveyor belts, and batch material following tickets from the Customer Services cell.
• Apply electrical safety measures, wear required PPE and implement lock‑out/tag‑out procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Willingness to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills
