About the role
We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our bustling restaurant and bar in Jammu. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and beverage offerings while delivering excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
- Handle cash transactions and process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and related supplies and report shortages.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
