Barista (Full-time)

About the role

First Fiddle Restaurants is seeking a full‑time Barista to join its Connaught Place outlet. The role involves preparing and serving a range of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and light snacks while delivering a welcoming experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate coffee machines and related equipment to craft consistent beverages.
• Prepare bakery items and light snacks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
• Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations during peak hours.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal barista or hospitality training is an advantage.
