Barista – Coffee & Bakery Service

About the role

The Barista will join EAT OTG Food Services’ flagship bakery and pizzeria, Manuka, in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages while supporting the preparation of bakery and pizza items in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment to craft espresso‑based drinks and other beverages.
• Take and serve orders at the counter, explaining menu items and ensuring accurate, timely service.
• Assist with the preparation of baked goods, focaccia sandwiches, and Neapolitan pizzas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the service area.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and deliver a welcoming hospitality experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant setting (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination.
• Enthusiasm for specialty coffee and artisan food with a willingness to learn.
