AutoCAD Trainer

About the role

The AutoCAD Trainer will join CAD DESK India's Jaipur centre to deliver classroom‑based training on AutoCAD and related design tools. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing lesson plans, teaching concepts from basic to advanced levels, and guiding learners through hands‑on exercises and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured AutoCAD training sessions for students and professionals.
• Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and project reviews.
• Provide constructive feedback and support skill development.
• Update course materials to reflect the latest software versions.
• Collaborate with the training team to maintain high‑quality learning experiences.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with real‑world CAD design experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and facilitate interactive sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in technical subjects is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills, patience, and a learner‑focused approach.
