Professor / Associate Professor in Business Analytics

About the role

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur Campus, is seeking senior academics to join its Business Analytics faculty as Professor or Associate Professor. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, driving research excellence, and contributing to the institute’s industry‑focused curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics and related specializations.
• Develop and update curriculum to reflect emerging trends such as AI, machine learning, and big data.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and research activities.
• Publish research in reputed academic journals and present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and faculty development programs.
• Engage with industry partners for collaborative projects and guest lectures.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Analytics or a closely related field from a top‑ranked university (Top 100 NIRF or Top 200 QS).
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience for Professor or 8 years for Associate Professor at a recognized institution.
• Strong record of publications in reputable academic journals.
• Demonstrated academic leadership and ability to mentor junior faculty and students.
