Process Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Process Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that equip new hires and existing staff with the skills needed to excel in our operational processes. The role bridges the gap between learning and performance, ensuring that training content is accurate, engaging and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint skill gaps.
• Design and develop comprehensive training modules for process and product knowledge.
• Deliver New Hire Training, refresher sessions and ongoing skill‑development programs using classroom, e‑learning and hands‑on simulation methods.
• Create, update and maintain training materials, SOPs, modules and assessments.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Operations, Quality and HR to keep content current and relevant.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance tracking.
• Mentor and support fellow process trainers to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Act as the primary liaison between training and stakeholders for training‑related requirements.
• Track training metrics, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and share periodic training reports with management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process training and training needs analysis.
• Strong ability to design, develop and deliver training content.
• Excellent collaboration skills with SMEs, operations and HR teams.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement.
