About the role
This position focuses on building a strong team of insurance advisors by recruiting qualified candidates, ensuring they obtain the required licensing, and supporting them to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit high‑quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they acquire the necessary licensing.
- Motivate advisors to meet the sales targets set by the company.
- Provide on‑the‑job training, monitor performance, and manage advisors’ development.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure persistence in policy acquisition by the advisor team to achieve overall profitability.
