About the role
We are looking for an Associate Trainer in MEP Design to deliver high‑quality training on civil engineering software to talented students at our Trivandrum office. The role focuses on teaching, supporting and guiding learners in the latest industry tools and practices.
Key responsibilities
- Stay current with emerging trends and tools used in civil engineering and MEP design.
- Deliver training sessions on software such as AutoCAD and Revit to high‑potential students.
- Interpret and manage student requirements, providing full‑time support throughout their learning journey.
- Assist in implementing new industry practices within the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with university partners to ensure alignment with academic standards.
Required profile
- ME/M.Tech (preferred) or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.
- Strong interest in teaching and understanding student needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with HAP, Navisworks, PipeSizer (advantageous).
