Associate Technician – Line Maintenance

About the role

The Associate Technician will support line‑maintenance activities on various aircraft types, ensuring a disciplined and safe work environment while gaining hands‑on experience in overhaul shops.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain discipline and a clean work environment.
• Observe and understand tasks and inspections performed by technicians and AMEs.
• Familiarise with aircraft components, access points and overhaul shop activities (battery, paint, NDT, composite, engine mount, etc.).
• Carry out inspections, repairs, testing and modifications on aircraft systems within the required turnaround time.
• Use maintenance tools, ground equipment and follow SOPs, safety procedures and regulatory manuals.
• Support rotational shift work as required.
• Assist in maintaining technical regularity at 99.9%.
• Comply with GIC/QAN and other regulatory manuals.

• Understanding of maintenance documentation and reporting forms.
• Familiarity with A320, Boeing, Embraer and ATR aircraft types.
• Knowledge of overhaul shop processes (battery, paint, NDT, composite).
