Associate / Sr. Associate – Consumer & Retail Consulting

About the role

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Consumer & Retail consulting practice in Delhi. You will support client engagements by turning complex business problems into clear, data‑driven insights and helping shape strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and industry analysis.
• Build financial models, business cases and data‑driven insights.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical components.
• Develop high‑quality presentations and reports for clients.
• Support the creation of recommendations and implementation plans.
• Collaborate closely with managers to meet client expectations.
• Track project milestones, manage workstreams and coordinate data collection with client teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in consulting or consumer/retail strategy, category management or analytics.
• Exposure to market research, business analysis and data handling.
• Graduate degree or MBA from a reputable institute.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
