Associate Software Developer (React JS)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Associate Software Developer to join its Technology team in Naraina, Delhi. You will work on building scalable web applications, turning sophisticated UI/UX designs into high‑quality code, and optimizing frontend data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize user interfaces using React.js, ensuring performance and cross‑platform scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects while participating in peer code reviews.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and Agile development practices.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of professional software development experience focused on React.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and API consumption.
• Experience with SQL optimization in SQL Server or PostgreSQL and Git version control.
