Associate SOC FS – Cyber as a Service Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to join its Cyber as a Service Advisory team. You will work within a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, helping clients monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats while ensuring the protection of their critical data and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 threat monitoring and detection across client environments.
• Analyze suspicious, malicious, or abnormal behavior and perform initial triage.
• Validate incidents, assess severity, and prioritize alerts according to standard operating procedures.
• Create and manage incident tickets, escalating as needed.
• Produce regular reports on security events and contribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience (L1) or 4 years (L2) in SOC, incident management, incident response, threat detection engineering, vulnerability management, SOC platform management, automation, asset integration, threat intelligence management, or threat hunting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex security events quickly.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and escalation.
