About the role
We are seeking a motivated, proactive and resourceful lawyer to join our team as an Associate. The position focuses on securities law matters and is open to candidates with one to three years of post‑qualification experience. The role involves handling assignments that pertain to securities laws, which may include both litigation and advisory work.
Key responsibilities
- Handle assignments related to securities laws, covering litigation matters such as representing clients and advisory matters such as providing legal opinions.
- Conduct legal research on securities regulations and prepare supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of case materials and legal briefs related to securities law assignments.
Required profile
- Lawyer with 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Demonstrates motivation, proactivity and resourcefulness in legal work.
- Educational qualification or specialised training in securities law is preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of securities law principles.
- Experience in securities litigation.
- Experience in securities advisory work.
