Associate Recruiter – Recruiting

About the role

Amazon’s recruiting team is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support the Operations vertical in India. You will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and help drive Amazon’s aggressive growth plans through high‑volume talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations leaders to define short‑term and long‑term hiring strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes for a large volume of roles.
• Build and maintain effective candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking and outreach.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the first point of contact for many applicants.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
