Associate Product Manager – IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to drive the requirements gathering, design and implementation of IT projects for a designated system. The role will work closely with business users and development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on scope, time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse user requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops and produce functional specification documents (FSD).
• Identify gaps between requirements and existing functionality, document customisation needs and assess cost‑time impacts.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test plans, document results and obtain business sign‑off.
• Manage the transition of approved UAT to production, hand over to end‑users and monitor post‑go‑live stability.
• Provide application support, record and resolve production issues within agreed service level agreements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with users, stakeholders and development teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
