Associate Manager – Global Delivery Network Legal Counsel

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager for its Global Delivery Network (GDN) Legal Group. The role reports to the Vice‑President of Legal and will be based primarily in Bangalore, with a preference for candidates fluent in English, Hindi and preferably Kannada.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents such as lease deeds, agreements to lease, leave‑and‑license agreements, purchase agreements and other contracts.
• Provide legal advice on property transactions, including purchases, sales and leases, and conduct title searches to verify ownership and identify encumbrances.
• Advise internal stakeholders on data‑related laws, GDPR compliance, information security, anti‑corruption, competition law and trade sanctions in line with Accenture Global Policies.
• Support HR policy reviews, conflict‑of‑interest matters, and provide guidance on post‑merger integration activities.
• Prepare executive summaries, position papers, litigation strategies and legal updates for India and global leadership.
• Conduct independent legal research on emerging legislation and assess its impact on Accenture’s business in India.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate, real‑estate and compliance matters.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
• Proven ability to advise a wide range of internal clients including HR, Finance, Tax, Recruitment, Real Estate and Government Relations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret global policies for local implementation.
