Associate Localization Specialist – Global Localization Solutions

About the role

As an Associate Localization Specialist you will ensure GLoSS tools run smoothly, support users and handle day‑to‑day requests. You will work closely with senior team members and a globally distributed stakeholder base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for TMS, AI translation and AI voice platforms.
• Onboard and train new users on localization tools, workflows and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides.
• Troubleshoot tool and workflow issues, following up independently with stakeholders.
• Support vendor coordination and communication.
• Liaise with stakeholders across a matrixed, global organization on daily requests.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with localization workflows and at least one TMS platform.
• Confident English communicator able to explain tools and guide users.
• Proactive, able to work independently and use judgment to move work forward.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑moving environment.
• Intellectually curious and quick to learn new tools and processes.
• 2–3 years of experience working in localization.
