Associate – Java Utility Transformation (Advisory) – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Advisory team in Gurgaon, focusing on utility transformation projects within the sustainability and climate space. You will work with clients to develop strategies that reduce greenhouse‑gas emissions, improve energy efficiency, and support the transition to a low‑carbon economy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs related to climate change mitigation, adaptation, and energy efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions that help clients manage sustainability risks and capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver advisory services across the utility sector.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and implementation plans for clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership on sustainability, climate, and energy topics.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sustainability, climate, or energy consulting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
