Associate – Energy Decarbonisation Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Energy Decarbonisation Advisory team in Gurugram. You will work with senior consultants and client leaders to develop sustainable solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in designing and implementing HVAC and other cooling technologies for decarbonisation projects.
• Conduct secondary and primary research on emerging energy‑saving technologies.
• Develop business proposals, manage project delivery and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.
• Provide data‑driven insights to navigate regulatory and risk considerations.

Required profile

• Associate‑level professional capable of working independently and leading small teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for sustainability and energy transition.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
