Associate IGA Developer – Saviynt (ITRA Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate IGA Developer to design, configure and extend enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The role focuses on ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients within the ITRA Advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA.
• Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST‑based applications.
• Develop Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning processes.
• Set up access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Create custom integrations, rules and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement RBAC models aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops, provide effort estimations and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements, estimating effort and producing design documentation.
