Associate Field Manager

About the role

The Associate Field Manager will drive demand and sales for innovative companion animal products and vaccines across the assigned territory. You will work closely with veterinarians, retailers, distributors and NGOs to grow market share while ensuring product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for products through engagement with veterinarians and canine practitioners.
• Sell products using proven selling skills and demand‑generation techniques.
• Coordinate between retailers and distributors to ensure smooth operations and minimize product expiry.
• Liaise with veterinary colleges, institutions and NGOs to foster relationships and drive business.
• Manage outstanding recoveries and ensure compliance with business principles and ethical standards.
• Achieve annual sales targets and maintain sales growth in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Veterinary Sciences or a related scientific field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the companion animal market.
• Sound technical knowledge of companion animal medicines and vaccines.
• Familiarity with the animal health sales process and related scientific knowledge.
• Awareness of the geography of the assigned territory.
