Associate Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our fast‑growing life‑science and healthcare consulting practice. You will work on complex, multi‑workstream projects for leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, turning data into actionable insights and helping clients shape their growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and clients across large, multi‑workstream engagements.
• Design, structure and deliver client reports, presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for follow‑on work.
• Support proposal development and creation of intellectual property.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on‑the‑job learning.
• Coach junior team members and lead internal initiatives such as recruitment and training.

Required profile

• Passionate about making an impact in healthcare and life sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in life‑science or healthcare strategy consulting, including project management of large or multiple strategic projects.
• Proven ability to lead and work within sizable, multi‑disciplinary consulting teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new knowledge and collaborate effectively.
