Associate Community Pharmacist – Delivery Role

About the role

Kapzo Healthcare is creating a hyper‑local medicine delivery network that blends speed, convenience and professional pharmacy support. As an Associate Community Pharmacist you will act as the last‑mile link between partner pharmacies and patients, bringing pharmacy expertise directly to the neighbourhood.

Key responsibilities

• Collect medicine orders from partner pharmacies.
• Deliver medicines safely to customers within the assigned locality.
• Provide basic medication‑use guidance within your professional scope.
• Interact with patients, build trust and gather feedback.
• Handle prescriptions and orders responsibly, escalating any concerns.
• Contribute to Kapzo’s overall last‑mile healthcare experience.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm graduate (freshers welcome).
• Own two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field‑based, on‑site work.
• Passion for pharmacy, patient interaction and community health.
