Associate Account Manager – Partner Relations

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is expanding India’s largest dining‑out platform and is looking for an Associate Account Manager to drive partner growth across its restaurant network. You will be responsible for onboarding and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 70‑80 restaurant partners, helping them achieve monthly GMV targets and delivering a seamless dining experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners to ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high‑quality image coverage.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dine‑Out plans, promotions, and growth opportunities.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to meet launch timelines.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, ensuring smooth payments for customers and partners.
• Develop growth plans for each account and gather competitive insights.
• Analyze dashboard data, communicate key performance metrics to partners, and recommend actions to improve conversions.
• Monitor partner investments against competition and advise on discounts, commissions, and advertising strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a large portfolio of restaurant or B2B accounts.
• Ability to achieve monthly GMV targets of 80‑90 lacs.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance dashboards.
• Comfortable working from the office full‑time.
