Assistant Restaurant Manager (Female)

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants or Restaurant Manager, this role is pivotal during peak periods and helps drive continuous improvement across the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising shift operations, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure proper supplies, equipment, uniforms, and compliance with restaurant policies.
• Communicate food‑quality and service issues to the Chef and Restaurant Manager.
• Manage alcohol service in line with local regulations and strive to meet budgeted financial goals.
• Interact with guests, gather feedback, resolve complaints, and promote exceptional customer service.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance counseling for staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality‑related field with 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, handle guest issues, and maintain operational standards.
