Assistant Product Manager – Endo Surgery

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to drive marketing initiatives for its Endo Surgery portfolio across domestic and international markets. You will work closely with sales teams, surgeons, hospitals, and distributors to strengthen product positioning and support market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional requirements.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns, workshops, CMEs, KOL engagements, training programs, and academic activities.
• Collaborate with sales, distributors, regional managers, and healthcare professionals to boost market penetration.
• Support product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct product and clinical training sessions for sales teams, distributors, surgeons, and paramedical staff.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Create marketing collaterals, digital content, presentations, and clinical support materials.
• Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops across assigned markets.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D) for product lifecycle management.
• Gather field insights to support innovation and post‑launch adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or marketing experience with surgical stapling devices.
• Overall 3–5 years of experience in the medical devices industry.
• Strong product knowledge of surgical stapling devices and clinical selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in training healthcare professionals, distributors, and sales teams.
