Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Assistant Marketing Manager for Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta, you will support the creation and execution of the pre‑opening marketing strategy for a new adventure‑camp hospitality concept in the Hatta mountains. Working closely with the Marketing team and property leadership, you will help bring the brand story to life through campaigns, content, partnerships and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the pre‑opening marketing plan aligned with brand identity and commercial goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing activities such as digital campaigns, social media scheduling, content planning and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging brand storytelling and visual assets.
• Support the planning and execution of launch events, activations and community outreach to generate awareness.
• Help maintain social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and active community interaction.
• Track performance metrics across campaigns and digital channels, preparing reports to optimise future activity.
• Work with Sales, PR, Revenue and Operations to maximise guest acquisition opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with local partners, creators and lifestyle communities.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters and other promotional materials.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, luxury or experiential brands.
• Experience supporting pre‑opening projects or hotel launches is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign execution.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand stories into engaging content.
