Assistant Manager – Supplier Quality (Heat Treatment & Casting)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to lead supplier quality activities for heat‑treatment shops and casting foundries. You will work closely with selected suppliers to ensure process compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support Bosch Rexroth India’s high‑performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop heat‑treatment shops and casting foundries in line with Bosch quality standards.
• Manage problem‑solving processes with suppliers, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct process acceptance, routine audits, and support the Q‑Focus program for casting and heat‑treatment suppliers.
• Drive consistent reduction of failure rates and support material‑field casting (ferrous casting) issues.
• Coordinate and implement production‑process and measurement‑technology improvements with suppliers.
• Provide material‑field expertise, feasibility studies, and support for casting projects and heat‑treatment process establishment.
• Assist Purchase Works Quality in escalations and supplier‑related problem solving throughout the year.
