Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

About the role
The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing will support the pursuit of global business opportunities for Adani Group, driving revenue growth through proactive sales and marketing activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify, develop, and close new business.
Key responsibilities
- Research market trends and identify potential clients, especially in the dredging sector.
- Maintain and expand client relationships through events, meetings, and ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop tailored proposals and present Adani’s capabilities.
- Create and execute sales plans aligned with corporate targets, tracking progress to close deals.
- Assist marketing teams in producing content and lead‑generation campaigns.
- Monitor sales metrics, gather market feedback, and provide reports to guide strategy.
- Stay updated on digital and AI tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
Required profile
- BE/BTech, ME/M.Tech or MBA.
- 3‑10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in logistics (preferred).
