Assistant Manager - RNA

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the integration, deployment, and optimisation of agentic AI solutions. The role will focus on building autonomous and semi‑autonomous AI agents that enhance business workflows and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AgentFlow and AutoGen.
• Implement orchestration strategies, multi‑agent collaboration, tool integration and memory/state management.
• Drive experimentation to create agents that solve real‑world business processes.
• Establish end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines covering training, CI/CD, monitoring, deployment and retraining.
• Utilise Git, Docker, Kubernetes and vector databases to ensure reliable and cost‑effective deployments.
• Optimise resource utilisation and infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data‑science and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in GenAI and agentic AI and drive innovation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents with orchestration, tool integration and state management.
• In‑depth knowledge of LLM architectures, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, prompt engineering and vector databases.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns such as ReAct, tool‑calling agents, multi‑step reasoning and guardrails.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation technologies.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Experience integrating data via REST APIs, Google APIs and SQL databases.
• Web development experience with FastAPI, TypeScript, asynchronous programming, React, Node.js, component‑based architecture, hooks, state management and streaming APIs (SSE/WebSocket).
