Assistant Manager – Process Training (Fare Filing/ATPCO)

About the role
WNS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead process training for fare filing and ATPCO operations within its travel division in Mumbai. The role focuses on designing and delivering training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development, ensuring compliance with airline fare filing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training curricula on ATPCO fare filing and GDS processes.
- Conduct new‑hire onboarding and on‑the‑job coaching sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and create actionable training plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business needs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fare filing and GDS training.
- Strong travel domain knowledge, especially ATPCO fare filing.
- Proven ability to coach, provide feedback, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
