Assistant Manager – Performance & Planning

About the role
Swiggy is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead performance and planning initiatives across its logistics network. You will be responsible for demand and delivery planning, tracking actuals against targets, and driving analytical insights to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage demand planning and delivery (Delfee) planning for Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Operating Plans.
- Report actual performance against AOP, QOP and MOP and identify variances.
- Collaborate closely with product, supply and operations teams to align plans with business goals.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) for operational gaps and propose cost‑effective solutions.
- Run independent projects alongside day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Required profile
- Prior experience building planning or analytics channels in e‑commerce or related industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and a “never settle” attitude.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong SQL querying skills.
