Trainee Analyst – Financial Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented and motivated Trainee Analyst to join our Bangalore (JP Nagar) team. The role offers a solid foundation in financial operations, supporting end‑to‑end loan settlement processes within a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision.
• Review and verify documents in line with banking and compliance standards.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records.
• Ensure timely updates across trackers and internal systems.
• Adhere to AML, CTF, and internal risk and compliance frameworks.
• Deliver within defined SLAs and reporting timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
• Clear communication skills with fluent English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within structured processes.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Availability to work Australian shift timings (3:00–4:00 AM start, Mon–Fri).
